Senior Site Engineer

Summary

We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer to support delivery of our Industrial, Residential, and Infrastructure projects. The role will involve overseeing setting out, dimensional control, quality assurance, and site coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Take responsibility and management for site setting out and dimensional control, ensuring works align with contract drawings.
• Lead on QA processes, maintaining records, ITPs, audits, and reporting.
• Manage material and product testing in line with specifications.
• Support the Site Manager with daily site operations and deputise when required.
• Supervise and mentor trainee and site engineers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, design teams, and supply chain partners.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate records, as-built information, and survey data.

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in surveying, setting out, and QA processes.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Fieldview/Viewpoint.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent career experience.
• CSCS Card.
• Additional certifications (e.g. Temporary Works Coordinator, Confined Space) are beneficial but not essential.
