An established and highly regarded PLC house builder is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential developments across the West Midlands region.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering high-volume housing schemes to programme, quality, and health & safety standards.

The Role

-Overseeing multiple live residential developments

-Managing and supporting Site Managers and build teams

-Driving build programmes and production targets

-Ensuring NHBC compliance and quality standards are maintained

-Full responsibility for H&S and overall site performance

-Reporting directly to the Construction Director

-Requirements

-Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within a PLC volume house builder

-Strong track record delivering traditional build housing developments

-Experience overseeing multiple concurrent sites

-Excellent leadership and organisational capability

-Stable career history within recognised residential developers
