The Assistant Quantity Surveyor should already have a foundational set of knowledge and credentials in quantity surveying as a graduate with ideally between 1- 3 years working as a junior or assistant surveyor with a degree in Quantity Surveying (desirable).

For the Assistant Quantity Surveyor they will consider someone with know experience who has just qualified with construction or Quantity Surveying degree or someone pursuing a career as a Quantity Surveyor. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Duties:
Cost estimation, takes offs, tendering, contract management, risk assessment, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the required standards.
