Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview

Our client is a market leading Ground engineering contractor who specialise in Piling. Due to growth and a full order book, they now require an experienced, Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in Sub-contracting for a civil engineering sub contractor. This is a key role within the company, who offer office and site flexibility.

The position encompasses the administration of full turn-key sub-contracts from pre-contract specialist terms and conditions agreement through the issue of EWN and CE, Applications for Payment and the conclusion of the Final Account in a fast track environment.

• Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• 5 years minimum post graduate experience.
• Well versed in NEC & JCT for of contracts.
• Experience in final account negotiations.
