The Role As an MRICS Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
Managing and delivering cost consultancy services across a variety of projects Providing cost planning, estimates, procurement advice and tender documentation Managing post-contract duties including valuations, variations and final accounts Working closely with clients, building lasting relationships and ensuring exceptional service Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture What We're Looking For MRICS qualified (essential) Strong consultancy experience, ideally with multi-sector exposure Confident client-facing abilities and excellent communication skills A proactive, motivated approach with a desire to grow and develop Ability to work collaboratively while managing your own workload Salary & Benefits Competitive salary Clear progression pathway Professional development support Flexible working & strong work-life balance Excellent benefits package If you're an MRICS QS looking for a role where you can develop, grow and work on fantastic projects with first-class clients, this is a great opportunity.
