A leading Main Contractor that have been operating for over 60 years’ have a great opportunity for a site based Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a project in Birmingham.

The company turnover circa £600m and work across major multi-disciplinary construction projects within the Building and Civil Engineering and sectors. A large area of their work includes new build industrial projects.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £20m new build, steel frame industrial project in Birmingham. The role is site based and they are looking for someone to join as soon as possible.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor must be able to run a project autonomously and have a track record working on similar, new build, steel frame industrial projects up to £20m in value.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree Qualified or other relative qualifications
• Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on new build industrial / warehouse projects
• Steel frame experience
• Capable of working on projects up to £20m autonomously
• Able to commute to Birmingham
