Client Side Assistant​/APC Building Surveyor

A major UK property company is looking to hire a Building Surveyor with 2-5 years of experience to join their in-house team. This is a client-side role offering a wide variety of work across a multi-billion-pound commercial property portfolio.

You'll be part of a growing, collaborative team that actively supports APC candidates and offers long-term career progression.

• Refurbishments, CAT A/B fit-outs and improvement works
• Planned maintenance programmes and asset upgrades
• Dilapidations and tenant negotiations
• Building inspections, surveys, and technical due diligence
• Supporting investment, acquisition, and disposal strategies

You’ll work closely with senior surveyors and asset managers, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of commercial assets.

• 2-5 years of Building Surveying experience (consultancy or client side)
• Ideally on your APC pathway (or recently qualified)
• Experience in commercial property is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to learn, get stuck in, and take on responsibility

• £35,000–£50,000 depending on experience
