Myclientarecurrentlylookingforanexperienced Contract Managertojointheirgrowingbusiness .Theyarelookingforsomeonetoheadupanumberofnewcontractsandjointhebusinessinanexcitingperiodofgrowth.

Withinthispositionyouwillbeinitially be responsible for FRAschemesbeingcarriedouttohousing,commercialpropertyandlisted / publicbuildings in Birmingham. You must be willing to travel to the head office which is based in London initially, however in time you will solely be based in Birmingham.

When the team grows they will also be delivering planned maintenane schemes.

Withinthisrole,youwillberesponsibleforensuring

P&L,budgetsanddeadlinesaremet.

Youwouldalsoberesponsibleforensuringthelevelofserviceandqualityistothehigheststandardaswellascostcontrol,creating

CPP&programmingofworksandbudgeting.

Implementstrong

H&Sacrossallprojects.

Yourdirectteamwillincludesitemanagement,supervisors,RLO'sandsub-contractors.

Youwillreportdirectlyintothe Operationsmanagerwhowillsupportyouinmakingthecontractssuccessful

Theidealcandidatewillhaveextensivebuildingknowledgeandexperiencemanagingplannedmaintenanceandretrofitcontracts.

Experiencemanagingmultiplesiteteams,strategicallyplanningprojectsandanabilitytoproblemsolveincomplexsituations.

AStrongknowledgearound

BSRandthebuildingsafetyactaswellasstrong

ITskillsareessentialandyoumustbeproficientinall Microsoft Officeapplicationssuchas Excel ,Outlook and Word.

Havinganabilitytocreateastrongworkingenvironment,whereeveryoneisworkingasateamtoachievetargetsandgoalsonthecontract,aswellasbeingabletobuildstrongrelationshipswiththeclientandyourteammembers.

SMSTS,First Aid,CSCS,andAsbestos

Awarenessarerequired.
