Overview
Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity with a leading professional cost and project management consultancy in Birmingham. This firm offers a wide range of work across the private sector, including leisure and hospitality, residential and commercial sectors. The role will initially focus on a programme of works for clients in the retail and leisure sectors.
Qualifications- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Construction Management or similar.
- Experience as a Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor from a construction consultancy or client‑side background.
- Based within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Extremely professional consultancy with a great reputation and proactive attitude towards training and development.
