Foreman, Construction, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

I am working alongside a civil engineering contractor who are operating heavily across the Severn Trent framework. They are looking to on-board a foreman to help deliver and oversee works across multiple water treatment, pumping station and sewage treatment works across the Midlands.

Foreman responsibilities:

* Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.

* Putting labour to work and allocating duties.

* Site supervision.

* Managing health and safety compliance.

* Maintaining accurate and detailed site records.

* Site inductions, risk assessments and toolbox talks.

* Driving compliance.

* Liaising with the client, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

Foreman requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

* CSCS Card - (Gold or above).

* SSSTS/ SMSTS.

* First aid.

* Previous experience within the water sector.

* IT literate.

* Full UK driving licence.
