We’re currently looking for an Executive Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Infrastructure sector to join our expert team and help drive the delivery of nationally significant infrastructure.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the UK's most complex and high-profile Infrastructure projects while building your leadership profile in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
What you’ll be doing- Leading commercial management of nuclear infrastructure projects from inception to completion
- Developing procurement strategies and managing contracts (NEC3/4) to ensure value and compliance
- Managing cost planning, forecasting, and reporting for high-value works
- Overseeing risk, change control, and commercial governance
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes
- Providing leadership and mentoring to junior commercial staff
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Managing Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projects – sector experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and UK construction law
- Excellent commercial acumen, communication skills, and client-facing experience
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- MRICS (or working toward chartership – support provided)
- A high APC pass rate and tailored support to help you achieve or maintain chartership
