The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take their career to the next level – with real autonomy, strategic influence, and a fast-track route to Associate.

You’ll lead a diverse range of high-profile schemes across commercial, education, healthcare, industrial sheds, high-end residential, hotels, student accommodation, and retail. From day one, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be entrusted with managing full project life cycles, mentoring junior colleagues, and playing a key role in client relationships and business development.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
• Strong Pre & post contract experience
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• A successful track record running multiple projects to completion
