Quantity Surveyor

Caddick Construction is a family‑owned business renowned for quality, integrity, and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Midlands team to work on a residential/multi‑room project in Wolverhampton, based between office and site.

• Work on a variety of industrial projects in the Midlands reporting directly to one of our Commercial Managers.
• Primarily site‑based commercial support to the project teams on all projects for which you are responsible.
• Ensure that projects are administered effectively and that business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor.
• Familiarity with JCT/NEC/ forms of contract.
• Knowledge of current Construction Law.
• Experience in commercial management.
• Experience in procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle, certificates and accruals calculations.
• Good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.

• Ability to work in a team environment contributing across the business unit.
• Good management skills.
• Ability to motivate self and colleagues to achieve high standards of compliance.
