Associate Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic and forward-thinking construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Birmingham team.

This well-established consultancy has eight offices nationwide and a strong project pipeline, particularly in the West Midlands region. As they continue to expand operations in this area, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing the regional team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will support the strategic growth of the West Midlands office, managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and mentoring junior staff. This is a client-facing role, suited to someone who enjoys a mix of technical delivery and team leadership.

Workload/pipeline includes Healthcare, Residential, Education, Industrial, Hotel, Retail and Commercial Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor who is ready to lead an office, invest in its growth and work towards Directorship long term.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy environments
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Ability to come in & lead projects from inception to completion
• Ideally MRICS or nearing chartership
• The desire to lead and run an office & aid in the team’s growth and development
