CLADDING Contracts Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cladding Contracts Manager, located in Chester. The role includes overseeing contracts related to roofing and cladding projects, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. The Contracts Manager will liaise with clients, coordinate with contractors, manage project budgets, schedules, and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.

• Strong expertise in Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Experience in Cladding and Roofing systems and a solid understanding of construction techniques
• Proficiency in Project Management, including budget and time management, planning, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and compliance within construction projects
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and reporting
• Previous experience in the construction or cladding industry is highly desirable
• Education or certifications related to construction, project management, or a relevant field are preferred
