Nursery Practitioner – Acocks Green, Birmingham

Are you searching for a new path within your career in Early Years? Monarch Education are currently working with a Nursery in the Acocks Green area of Birmingham to find a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who has a lot of experience within early years. This role is Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) and personal care will be required. The setting are for someone to start as soon as possible and become a permanent member of staff.

You must hold at least a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or Childcare to be considered for this role.

• You must hold a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Knowledge of the EYFS National Curriculum
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Provide tailored support to children aged 0-5 years old
• Work proactively both indoors and in the setting’s forest school
• Support the social, emotional and cognitive development of all children in your care
• Apply positive behaviour management techniques at all times

• You will be paid a competitive daily wage, based on your experience
• Dedicated consultant allocated to support you with any questions or concerns
• Support in writing CV’s and job applications
• Fast, effective compliance service
• £200 for any successful referral of Teachers, Teaching Assistants or Nursery Staff
• You will receive free, up to date safeguarding training
• The option of working under a PAYE or Umbrella pay scheme

Salary: £9 – £16.29 per hour (Reviewed after 12 weeks placement*)
