Business Analyst Coach / Assessor

Home based - Remote delivery (Must be flexible with travel, if required)

up to £50,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Full Time, Permanent

KM are partnering with a leading private training organisation to expand their team of expert Assessors, to coach and assess the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship.

• Must have experience coaching and assessing learners working towards Business Analyst Apprenticeships at level 4 or equivalent (without this experience your application will be unsuccessful)
• Experience of preparing learners for End Point Assessment.
• Must hold solid occupational experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent IT skills and confident with the use of IT and online systems.
• Must be flexible with travel as required.

• Assess and coach Apprentices who are undertaking a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship Standard.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, to ensure learner needs are identified and any targeted interventions are put in place.
• Support learners working towards their Functional Skills English and Maths.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales, ensuring readiness for end point assessment.
