The RoleAt BMG Research, part of the wider RSK Group, you will play a central role in shaping the work we do and the recommendations we deliver. You will also design and lead projects, uncover powerful insights, and help clients make smarter, evidence‑based decisions. Key Responsibilities- Translate client briefs into robust research designs that genuinely answer their challenges.
- Develop standout questionnaires, discussion guides, frameworks and analysis plans.
- Run qualitative fieldwork, from depth interviews to workshops and focus groups.
- Turn complex data into clear, compelling stories.
- Craft reports that don’t just inform—but inspire action.
- Present findings confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee QA across questionnaires, scripts, data tables, analysis, and outputs.
- Ensure every project is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard.
- Build strong client relationships and spot opportunities for growth.
- Lead small proposals and contribute to larger pitches.
- Deliver against a defined new business revenue target.
- Guide and coach junior team members.
- Help shape new ways of working and bring fresh thinking to projects.
- Develop your own specialist area aligned to our business strategy.
- 3–4+ years’ experience in research, insight, or analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into stories.
- Confident communication—written, visual and verbal.
- Great attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience with key tools (Microsoft Office; Power BI, Tableau or similar a bonus).
- Strong time management skills: juggling priorities, timelines and stakeholders.
- The ability to confidently manage clients and lead project teams.
- Curiosity, drive, and a desire to deliver work that truly makes a difference.
