Customer Collaboration & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customer supply chain teams and represent Beiersdorf’s supply chain internally.
- Ensure daily customer activities are handled professionally, ethically, and on time.
- Align ways of working, hold regular meetings, and drive best‑practice processes across customer service teams.
Joint Business Plan Support
- Develop and execute Joint Supply Chain Plans with aligned KPIs focused on availability and service levels.
- Communicate shortages or risks proactively and coordinate aligned responses.
- Align forecasts, especially for promotions and new product launches, using data-driven insights.
- Improve reporting tools and ensure efficient customer inventory management.
Act as key user of customer supply systems to provide transparent, actionable data.
Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline product flow from factory to shelf.
- Work with stakeholders to reduce complexity and cost while improving service.
- Secure cross‑functional support for collaboration initiatives.
- Optimise operational flow (MOQ, delivery patterns, transport, ASN, etc.).
- Act as escalation point for supply issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal cost impact.
- Ideally 2 years in a Supply Chain or Sales role (preferably in a similar role)
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, etc)
- Organised and able to self‑organise and prioritise
- Able to quickly develop strong internal and external relationships (strong communication and interpersonal skills)
- Ability to manage at different levels (stakeholder management)
- Be able to identify & lead efficiency projects
- Strong influencing skills
- Good resilience under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Pro‑active, pragmatic, cost‑conscious and results driven

Aligns joint Supply Chain Plans to improve service levels while managing inventory, forecasts, and end‑to‑end efficiency whilst driving cost reduction and process improvement across customer supply chain operations.
