Our client, a well-established organisation within the logistics sector, is seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
to drive growth across both
B2B and B2C markets
. This is a key leadership position focused on expanding commercial relationships, developing new revenue streams, and creating long-term customer value.

• Lead the development and execution of commercial sales strategy across B2B and B2C channels
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a growing sales team to achieve ambitious targets
• Analyse market trends to shape competitive solutions and pricing models
• Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial insights for senior leadership

• Proven experience in a senior sales role within
  logistics
  , transport

  supply chain
• Strong track record of achieving commercial growth in both B2B and B2C environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
