We are now entering our next phase of growth: launching a dedicatedTalent Agencyto represent our creators, unlocking new brand partnerships for them and becoming thego-to agency for micro-influencers globally.
This is a foundational leadership role within a new business unit.
The OpportunityWe are seeking aSenior Managerto build and scale our new Talent Agency division. This individual will work directly with the Head of Operations to design, launch, and ope rationalise the agency offering.
You will be responsible for translating strategic ambition into commercial execution — establishing infrastructure, driving revenue, managing brand relationships, and building a high-performance talent representation model.
This role requires someone who has spent multiple years inside an agency environment and understands how to structure deals, manage talent, and scale client services.
Key Responsibilities1. Build & Launch the Talent Agency Function
- Develop the operational blueprint for the agency model (processes, workflows, commercial structures).
- Define talent representation tiers and monetisation strategy.
- Establish contract frameworks and commercial standards.
- Build scalable systems for onboarding, pitching, and deal execution.
2. Revenue & Commercial Growth
- Develop and execute a brand acquisition strategy.
- Build relationships with key advertisers and media buyers.
- Structure and negotiate brand partnerships on behalf of creators.
- Own revenue targets and performance KPIs.
- Identify high-potential creators within our ecosystem.
- Develop representation plans to increase creator earnings.
- Advise creators on positioning, pricing, and brand alignment.
- Oversee campaign delivery to ensure performance and retention.
4. Agency Operations
- Implement reporting, tracking, and financial forecasting systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Finance.
- Hire and scale supporting team members as the division grows.
- Ensure operational discipline in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years experience at a talent agency, influencer agency, or media agency.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating brand deals and managing client relationships.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or digital talent.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building from zero.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Highly autonomous; able to operate without heavy oversight.
- Process-oriented but adaptable in fast-moving environments.
- Data-literate and performance-driven.
- Go-getter mentality with strong internal drive.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- Resilient, proactive, and accountable.
- Build a new agency within an already scaled creator ecosystem.
- High-visibility role reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
