Location: Birmingham

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, rotational shifts (6:00–14:30 / 13:30–22:00)

. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer requirements are accurately reflected in SAP systems, supporting warehouse operations and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP testing and troubleshooting
• Inventory and stock control
• Customer liaison and stakeholder management
• Data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Training and support for SAP users

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI
