Global Sourcing Specialist

Location: Birmingham, full time, on site (with some flexibility)

We’re looking for an experienced International Sourcing Buyer to manage the procurement of goods across domestic and international markets. You’ll work closely with Procurement and Commercial teams to secure quality supply, drive cost efficiencies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

• Source goods globally and domestically, negotiating contracts, prices, and delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with company standards and legislation
• Monitor costs, forecast pricing, and manage budgets for your spend areas
• Collaborate across supply chain, commercial, and finance teams
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and value creation

• Strong procurement experience, ideally in a trading or goods-focused environment
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and stock/ERP systems
• Work on international supply chains and high-value projects
