As a Senior Manager in Business Development, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth, forging key relationships, and shaping the future of the business. Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning & Execution
:
Develop and implement business development strategies that align with organizational goals. Identify emerging market trends and new opportunities for expansion while ensuring ethical, sustainable growth. - Market & Stakeholder Development
:
Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders based on trust and transparency. Lead negotiations to secure critical customer program awards, contributing to corporate success. - Partnership & Alliances
:
Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and extend market reach. Ensure that all collaborations adhere to high ethical standards and values. - Team Leadership
:
Mentor and guide the business development team to achieve performance goals. Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, responsibility, and unity across all stakeholders. Lead by example and provide hands‑on support to drive team success. - Performance & Reporting
:
Monitor and track KPIs to assess the success of business development initiatives. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Educational Background
: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or proven industry‑recognized experience. - Industry Knowledge
:
Understanding of industry standards and procedures (e.g., APQP, PPAP, IATF) is highly desirable. - Leadership & Communication
:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and engage with senior‑level stakeholders. - Analytical Skills
:
Expertise in developing cost models and analyzing business performance with precision and responsibility. - Adaptability
:
Ability to adjust priorities and work in a dynamic environment, with flexibility to travel as needed.
