Are you ready to shape and deliver a firm-wide ED&I strategy that makes a real impact?

We are seeking an experienced ED&I consultant for a 3-week contract. You will analyse our current approach, identify gaps, and design a comprehensive strategy to strengthen our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion across the firm.

• Conduct a deep dive review of existing ED&I initiatives
• Provide actionable recommendations for improvement
• Design a firm-wide ED&I strategy
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Deliver clear, practical implementation guidance

You will bring proven expertise in ED&I consultancy and strategy development, with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience in ED&I audits and strategic planning
• Ability to translate insights into practical solutions
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong understanding of best practice in ED&I
