Key Account Manager (Tech) – Drive Strategic Growth and Client Success in a Dynamic Environment

Are you a seasoned account management professional with a passion for technology and supply chain solutions? We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team at Arvato SCS UK. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with high-profile clients to ensure their business objectives are met through exceptional service delivery, strategic management, and innovative solutions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

* Proven experience in supply chain or technology-focused account management

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client data and identify trends

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels

* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, especially in managing customer service teams

* Project management experience for client-facing initiatives

* Ability to work independently with a high degree of organization and attention to detail

* Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system is desirable

* Competence in change management, continuous improvement initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies

* Familiarity with contractual management, P&L oversight, and cost control

Nice to Have

Skills:

* Experience working with international clients or within a global KAM framework

* Background in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma

* Exposure to supply chain solutions and complementary technologies

* Multilingual abilities to support diverse client portfolios

Preferred

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

* Several years of relevant account management experience, ideally within technology or logistics sectors

* Proven track record of managing complex accounts and delivering growth

Other Requirements:

* Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and business needs

* Commitment to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards

* Ability to adapt to evolving business priorities and operational changes
