This role offers the chance to be part of that journey - playing a key role in growing Birmingham Phoenix by increasing its fan base and unlocking commercial potential.
You'll own the full sales journey - from spotting opportunities and crafting standout pitches to closing deals and building longterm brand relationships. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll blend insight, storytelling and data to create partnership propositions that excite brands, hit ambitious revenue targets and genuinely fit our audiences and values.
If you thrive in fastpaced environments, enjoy selling ideas as much as numbers, and live our PRIDE values - Passion, Respect, Innovation, Diversity and Excellence - we'd love to hear from you, even if your route into partnership sales in sport hasn't been a conventional one.
