Procurement Implementation Manager

Birmingham (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

We are recruiting a hands‑on Procurement Implementation Manager to support the delivery of procurement solutions for a growing client base, including public sector and local authority organisations.

This role is delivery‑focused. You will be responsible for implementing procurement processes and documentation, coordinating with client procurement teams, and ensuring agreed solutions are embedded effectively. Legal interpretation and policy design are supported by specialist legal resources, this role is about execution, not legal advisory.

In this role you will:

• Implement agreed procurement processes and tender documentation for new and existing clients
• Coordinate updates to procurement and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Work closely with client procurement teams to embed solutions into day‑to‑day processes
• Manage procurement work streams within wider project plans
• Respond to operational procurement queries and support delivery through to completion
• Liaise with internal legal and specialist teams where required
• Support continuous improvement of internal procurement processes
• Proven experience in procurement delivery, sourcing, or procurement operations
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and tender mechanics
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating documentation
• Highly organised, detail‑focused, and delivery‑driven
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment
• Exposure to public sector or local authority procurement
• Experience working on procurement projects or implementations
• Understanding of regulated procurement environments
