Red Rock Consultants are looking for an Account Manager to support and manage the recruitment needs of our key traffic management clients. This is a non-sales role, ideal for someone დარბ that thrives on organisation, relationship management, and delivering a high-quality service.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients staffing requirements are met efficiently and compliantly, acting as a key point of contact for both candidates and муносиб clients.

• Managing key client accounts and liaising daily to meet recruitment requirements
• Candidate registration and onboarding
• Ensuring full compliance, including drug and alcohol testing
• Coordinating and maintaining accurate candidate and client records
• Managing workloads effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Participating in an on‑call rota (every other weekend)

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and highly organised.

• Strong Excel proficiency
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work flexibly, this role is not suited to rigid working hours
• Confident communicator with a professional approach to client relationships
• Previous account manager is desirable but not essential
