Facilities Assistant

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management and Health & 근 Safety teams, including compliance systems, databases, and inspections.
• Supporting the Senior Facilities & H&S Manager with monthly reporting, KPI updates, audits, and presentations to senior management.
• Acting as a key liaison with Office/Facilities Managers and the wider supply chain to coordinate works, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning issues.
• Managing front-of-house operations and office logistics, delivering first‑class customer service, processing travel bookings, overseeing meeting rooms, and supporting onsite events.
• Maintaining Facilities communications and SharePoint content, while actively contributing to wider office management, social, charity, and company‑wide activities.

• IT literate jeder good working knowledge of Office 365 and the usual Microsoft packages.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Confident in dealing with people at all levels.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful manner.
• Attention to detail and great observation skills.
