• Business engagement across a wide range of CFU stakeholders.
• Perform product end-to-end assessments and risk and control reviews.
• Establish expectations with CFU and provide insights to influence CFU decisions to drive better business outcomes.
• Understanding of processes and systems along with commercial insight on new products to define and recommend new or amend appropriate coverage and controls, and ensure they are executed.
• Carries out root cause analysis and root cause management at CFU level (working with Control Operations and Recovery).

Significant Telco Experience in Assurance roles

Business Assurance Knowledge – strong grounding in business / revenue assurance concepts and methodology

• Risk management
• Governance and compliance
• Measuring process effectiveness

Expert in analytical data analysis and problem solving, and data reconciliation experience.

• Ability to articulate high-level commercial impact of complex assurance activities to senior stakeholders
• Financial analysis and insights
• Data management
• Knowledge in PL/SQL
