This is a full‑time, on‑site Governance Professional role based in Birmingham. Responsibilities include supporting the governance framework and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and reports, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. The role also involves providing advice on governance best practices, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in policy and procedural updates to uphold the trust’s values and objectives.

• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and record‑keeping skills, paired with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Analytical skills for reviewing policies, procedures, and complex data.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other administrative tools effectively.
• Experience in education governance or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience in governance, education management, or a related area.
