We are looking for a motivated and reliable team member to deliver high-quality administrative support, help improve processes, and contribute to the efficient running of our operations.
Engineius’ goal is simple: to make vehicle movement easy. We are on our way to creating the leading end‑to‑end movement solution in the UK for our customers (such as Hertz and The AA), delivered by our network of 600+ drivers and transport agents across the UK.
Since going live in April 2018, we have acquired over 80 clients, many of whom can claim to be amongst the largest players in the UK automotive industry. We are already one of the largest competitors in our space but have ambitions to grow much further and we are crazy about sustainability, to date we have saved fleets over 10,000,000 tonnes of CO2.

Key Responsibilities- Reviewing driver’s expenses by verifying the evidence submitted against the details of the job.
- Administer the bulk bookings process with accuracy and efficiency for our larger, bespoke clients.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers via email and telephone, providing accurate and helpful information while maintaining a positive customer service experience.
- Liaise with other departments in the business to resolve customer and supplier queries.
- Maintain accurate records when carrying out office administration tasks, such as inventory control, meeting room bookings and post management.
- Support colleagues across the organisation with administrative tasks, contributing to efficient and effective business operations.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve processes, supporting the growth and ongoing development of the business.
- Utilise internal and external software and systems to support daily administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
- A desire to take ownership of processes and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Positive, enthusiastic and ‘can‑do’ attitude to work.
- Ability to maintain strong attention to detail despite working in a fast‑paced environment.
- A fast learner: wanting to take on new challenges, with the understanding that learning from mistakes is crucial.
- Confident picking up new systems and processes, with an enjoyment of organisational tasks.
- Business administration experience, preferably within operations or logistics but not essential.
