Business Development Manager – Fire Protection Services

Remuneration: £65,000 + 3% profit‑related bonus. Benefits: car allowance £300‑£600 and full usual benefit package.

Area to be covered:
Midlands & South UK (projects throughout the UK). National position ideally based centrally.

• Sell passive fire protection, fire stopping, fire door installation and maintenance services to end users.
• Target commercial, residential, education and leisure sectors.
• Work on projects such as schools, colleges, hotels, universities, office blocks, etc.
• Build a project pipeline of circa £2m.
• Achieve turnover targets based on experience.
• Maintain a robust national presence.

• Business‑development experience in the fire sector (passive fire, fire doors or cladding).
• Experience selling to end users within the commercial, residential, hotels and schools sectors.
• Knowledge of industry standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Stable career background, attention to detail, and methodical organisational skills.
