Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS) established in December 2015 in the West Midlands, UK. We are a large‑scale multinational logistics company under the Zong Teng Group. Our main business is to provide Chinese domestic cross‑border e‑sellers and local online retailers in the UK to expand reliable warehousing business and timely delivery service platforms on international platforms. The operation started by providing reliable fulfilment warehousing solutions and prompt final‑mile distribution service for our cross‑border e‑sellers and UK local online retailers such as eBay, Amazon and other platforms.
Over the past few years, we have formed strong working relationships with partners like Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways as well as Goodcang, Yun Express and other logistic giants. Currently, our warehouses have expanded all over the world with 10+ warehouses in the UK and the business is still expanding continually. We have sites in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stone, Derby and Alfreton areas.
the Role
As an EU Commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of warehouse management and business operations within the designated region. Your responsibilities will span across warehouse leasing, inventory management, procurement, vendor management, insurance, and market analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, organisational acumen, and a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics.
Key Responsibilities- Support warehouse leasing projects across multiple European countries, including landlord/intermediary communication and lease term comparison (lease duration, rent‑free periods, handover conditions).
- Track key project milestones from site selection to occupancy, ensuring accurate and timely project information.
- Assist with lease renewals, expansions, and terminations for existing warehouses.
- Assist procurement activities for large‑scale warehouse projects (e.g., forklifts, shelving, consumables), including supplier liaison, quote collection, comparison, and follow‑up on delivery schedules and terms.
- Support contract, purchase order, and delivery milestone management throughout the procurement process.
- Consolidate and share procurement information across regions for reuse and efficiency.
- Act as a business liaison, coordinating with internal teams such as operations, warehousing, finance, and administration.
- Track commercial issues during project execution and support issue resolution to closure.
- Assist in prioritising tasks and monitoring deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
- Compile and maintain business‑related data, including warehouse rental costs, rent‑free periods, procurement costs, delivery schedules, and project milestone data.
- Support basic data analysis and reporting to provide insights for project review and decision‑making.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or cross‑border e‑commerce.
- Experience liaising with European suppliers, landlords, or intermediaries.
- Demonstrated interest in project management or commercial negotiation.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of relevant full‑time work experience, preferably with exposure to project support, business operations, or operational support.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK for at least 1 year; the role may offer a Skilled Worker visa opportunity.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is advantageous as this role needs to communicate regularly with HQ in China.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, business operations, vendor negotiations, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and information organisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and execute tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Result‑oriented: understands how individual work contributes to project delivery.
- High execution capability: able to drive tasks forward even with incomplete or uncertain information. Logical thinking: able to structure and clarify complex information clearly.
- Stress resilience: able to manage multiple projects and high‑intensity workloads simultaneously.
- Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (flexibility is required) - Contract type:
Full time - Willing to travel to different locations based on business needs
