Contract Administrator – Compliance
Equans UK & Ireland is looking for a Contract Administrator – PPM & Compliance to join our team on the Birmingham schools contract at Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 1JU
. This is a full‑time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 09:00‑17:00, with a 30‑minute unpaid break). Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
Provide a customer‑focused Helpdesk Service, addressing all client/customer requests, managing complaints sensitively and efficiently, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and maintain Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules across multiple sites.
- Track statutory compliance activities and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
- Support internal and external audits with accurate reporting and evidence.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely completion of PPM and corrective works.
- Maintain compliance trackers and CAFM systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
- Raise and manage Coupa purchase orders.

- Experience in facilities, compliance, or operational coordination.
- Strong understanding of PPM and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise a varied workload.
- Accuracy with figures.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Background in office or finance preferred.
