Contract Administrator – Compliance

Equans UK & Ireland is looking for a Contract Administrator – PPM & Compliance to join our team on the Birmingham schools contract at Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 1JU
. This is a full‑time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 09:00‑17:00, with a 30‑minute unpaid break). Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

General Overview

Provide a customer‑focused Helpdesk Service, addressing all client/customer requests, managing complaints sensitively and efficiently, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules across multiple sites.
  • Track statutory compliance activities and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate reporting and evidence.
  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely completion of PPM and corrective works.
  • Maintain compliance trackers and CAFM systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
  • Raise and manage Coupa purchase orders.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in facilities, compliance, or operational coordination.
  • Strong understanding of PPM and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise a varied workload.
  • Accuracy with figures.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Background in office or finance preferred.
