We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Executive Assistant.
You’ll provide high quality administrative and secretarial support to the Payments Leadership team and to assist with the management of the high volume of e-mails and take full responsibility for diary management to ensure deadlines are met.

In this role you will- Organise schedules, maintain diaries and arrange meetings as appropriate, involving multiple senior stakeholders
- Be responsible for planning both internal and external meetings
- Arrange travel (national and international) and manage itineraries
- Manage confidential and sensitive material/information as you receive, assess and monitor e-mails on behalf of the Payments Leadership team
- Process and manage Expenses
- Establish a strong relationship with key internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
- Past working experience in a similar role
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Extensive diary management experience
- Proficient in IT, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, HR Direct and in-house systems
- Achieved targets and met expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
- Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience
- Outstanding planning and organisation skills – dealing with multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
- Ability to multi-task, and manage completing priorities and agenda
This is a hybrid role and can be based in London, Birmingham, Chester, Leeds or Sheffield.
