Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are working with our Birmingham based client to recruit for a Service Co‑Ordinator to join their fast paced team.
The duties of a Service Co‑Ordinator:- Scheduling maintenance visits
- Liaising with customers and engineers
- Booking visits in for engineers
- Managing and scheduling sub contractors
- Raising orders
- Maintaining the database
- Ad hoc admin duties
- Have experience working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment
- Good IT skills
- Good customer service skills
