Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who is keen to develop their career within Trusteeship & Governance areas. You’ll work across a portfolio of pension schemes, providing reliable meeting, documentation and governance support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements and prepare meeting packs.
  • Take clear, timely minutes and action notes.
  • Upload and maintain documents on online portals (e.g., Board Packs / Onboard).
  • Draft business plans, support budgeting and process invoices.
  • Maintain governance logs, fact files and action trackers.
  • Assist with scheme accounts and annual questionnaires.
  • Direct enquiries to the right team members and support new colleagues.
About You
  • A‑Level education or equivalent.
  • Experience with defined benefit pension schemes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and able to manage workload independently.
  • Minute-taking experience (or willingness to learn).
