Position: Hybrid Admin Officer: Data, Minutes & Customer Service
A leading not-for-profit organisation is seeking a Clerical Officer to provide administrative support to their MIDS Appointee ships team. The successful candidate will handle customer service inquiries, clerical tasks, manage an internal database, and produce reports.

This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing 3 days in the office and 2 days  ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, a GCSE in English and Maths, and relevant customer service experience. The position offers various employee benefits and opportunities for growth.
