• Manage calendars for Associates and Managing Directors
• Schedule meetings and calls across multiple time zones
• Organise domestic and international travel
• Handle expenses, invoices, and general admin
• Support the team with queries and ad‑hoc tasks
• Cover phones and holidays when needed

• 2+ years’ experience as an assistant/coordinator (diary management essential)
• Confident communicator, organised, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced professional, corporate environment

• – month assignment (initial 6 months)
• 5 days/week, hours
• £ - inclusive of holiday
