Wrap-Up Administrator

The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

• Complete client data entry according to procedures.
• Support administration of Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP) and/or Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP)
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks for assigned wrap-up programs
• Maintain accurate enrollment documentation and records
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with insurance requirements
• Issue OCIP/CCIP certificates of insurance
• Show proficiency in utilizing resources and software to generate reports and/or other requested information.
• Complete routinely daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as assigned.
• Retrieve information from carrier websites, as required, and keep our Client Management system appropriately updated.
• Maintains up to date knowledge of: departmental systems, related technology, and policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High school graduate or equivalent

2. 1-2 years of construction experience preferred but not required

3. Property & Casualty license not required until after hired

4. Strong organizational skills

5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
