Position: Receptionist (Temporary)
Location: Kings Heath

Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a new opportunity in Moseley?

Winner Education are working closely with a school in Moseley in assisting them with the recruitment of a School Receptionist. The role is full time, 8:00-4:00pm per day. You will be required to start immediately on a long-term placement with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Previous experience using SIMS software system
Managing vistors security/sign ins
Overseeing student absense
Provide general administrative support
Answering, screening and directing telephone calls
The Successful School Receptionist will:

Need to be highly organised
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Act as a welcoming, professional 'face' of the school
Have previous school receptionist/administration experience
Have proficient computer skills including experience with SIMS
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills
