They are currently recruiting for 2 Office Administrators with cost clerk experience, on an initial 6 month contract.
Office Administrator responsibilities and
Experience:
Working closely with the project and commercial team, you will assist in the day-to-day office administration, record keeping and monitoring of costs.
Processing of Goods Received Notes (GRNS)
Recording of labour / plant / material and subcontract costs including site returns
Maintaining site cost records, GRN's, plant tickets etc
Analysing and resolving invoice and payment queries
