The Best Connection is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to join our team in South Birmingham. This full-time, front-of-house role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a welcoming first impression 🌟.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors 👋
- Managing front-of-house duties and maintaining a professional environment
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls ☎️
- Handling emails and general enquiries 📧
- Signing visitors in and out of the building
- Providing general administrative support as required
- Well-presented, polite, and professional
- A confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred
- Competitive pay of £13.09 per hour
- Full-time, Monday-Friday position
