Band 3 Ward Administration - Cardiology

Clerical assistant to the ward manager on a busy cardiology ward, handling attendance management, mandatory training, annual leave, duty roster and staff personnel information, alongside any other needs of the ward. Fully flexible but hours must be worked while the ward manager is in work.
Main duties of the job- Support the ward manager with attendance management, mandatory training records, annual leave and duty rosters.
- Maintain staff personnel information and assist with ward administrative tasks as required.

- Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths) A-C
- Business Administration NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
- Experience of dealing with a range of people and communicating effectively
- Experience of working with a range of IT systems and Microsoft Office packages (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience of working in a busy environment and in healthcare settings
- Ability to travel to multiple sites
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
