P/T Secretary/Clerical Assistant (West Midlands)

  • Salary £13,164 rising to £14,655
  • 16 hours per week, working Wednesdays 1.30pm to 5.30pm, Thursdays 10.30am to 5.30pm and Fridays 10.30am to 5.30pm
  • 49 days leave inclusive of closure days and public holidays
  • Based in Birmingham

We are seeking an organised, reliable, and motivated Secretary/Clerical Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality administrative support in a professional environment, ensuring outstanding service delivery to colleagues, members, and stakeholders.

You will play a key role in providing administrative support across the organisation, including:

  • Responding to enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Record-keeping and document preparation
  • Delivering exceptional customer and member care
  • Supporting the use and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and databases

The successful candidate will need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and IT skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
