Hours 7-4 or 8-5pm
We have been established for over 70 years specialising in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry, providing a first class service to our clients across the country. We are proud to supply companies such as Costa, KFC, Waitrose, Mitchell and Butlers and Premier Inn Hotels.
We are seeking a Service Administrator to carry out day to day administration tasks in our small but busy team. You will work closely with operations, customer service, and engineering teams to meet both internal KPIs and client expectations.
Job Role
- Managing emails and telephone call enquiries for the catering desk
- Ordering parts
- Keeping clients up to date
- Chasing up jobs and ensuring someone is assigned to them
- Processing job sheets, quotes, purchase orders
- Ensure administration processes work effectively
- Previous experience on a service desk in the HVAC or catering industry
- Great communication and customer skills
- Able to work well in a team
- IT literate
