Collections Administrator
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday
Location: Office Based
Salary: £24,500
We are looking for an organised and proactive Collections Administrator to join our busy Collections team. This role requires good administration skills and strong organisational skills. You will support the credit control process, help ensure timely payment collection, and contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and potentially progress into a Credit Controller role.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Credit Controller across all collections activities.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records of customer communication and payment status.
- Handle inbound telephone and email enquiries, delivering prompt, professional, customer-focused responses.
- Accurately allocate customer payments and update account information.
- Assist in following up overdue accounts via phone and email.
- Maintain and update the Loan Management Database.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the wider Collections team.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by the Head of Collections.
