The RoleAn excellent opportunity has arisen to join the administrative team in St Andrews in Stirchley. The successful candidate will provide general administrative support, maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, file reports and correspondence within patient records, input and update information in the Rio electronic patient record system and assist with procurement of stock. You will provide administrative support in a patient‑facing role and work within a small team based at St Andrews Healthcare in Stirchley.
You will be responsible for completing daily tasks aligned with the administrative role.
A good understanding and working knowledge of NHS and Trust policies, guidance and best practices are required. Familiarity with the Data Protection Act and Information Governance is also necessary.
Essential Criteria for the role- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent along with relevant experience
- GCSE or equivalent in English
- Experience in minute‑taking
- Highly proficient in using various computer applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
- Strong organisational, communication and writing skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Experience working with a range of disciplines and agencies
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge and understanding of NHS and Trust policies, guidance and best practices
- Working knowledge of Data Protection Act and Information Governance
